薪资：12000-19000工作地点：菲律宾GLOBAL B2B CONSULTANCY INC.：500人-1000人PURPOSE: CRM Marketing / Marketing Automation Executive will play a key role in success and growth of our existing customers. Focused on ensuring each customer has the ideal customer journey. This role will work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to deliver our acquisition, conversion, retention and reactivation activities.This role is not simply promoting every offering to every customer all the time instead, but it will focus on targeting the right products and propositions to be the right segment of customers at the right lifecycle stage to improve customer relationship and boost their lifetime value. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Own the customer marketing strategy and execution, including segmentation and all business objectives. Formulating plans, implementing marketing automation campaigns to support our business. • Create and develop campaigns through CRM System, Marketing Cloud Journey Builder (Salesforce) to increase customer relationship, customer loyalty and boost customer lifetime value. • Drive and identify business opportunities and strategic approaches. • Implement the changes of CRM processes and continuously update the types of campaigns. |
